Oh how fun! A couple years ago, the Cove, J, and K and I had a rollicky time sampling each type of charting what each of us thought of each flavor. I don't think we've ever laughed so much. Never thought of coming up with different flavor combinations like you did. Maybe we'll try that next time. Thanks for sharing!

Oh, Marcia, I laughed harder and harder through this post till I about wet my pants at the combos! I called over my 9-year-old who giggled in my ear (I have to let my 12-year-old finish her homework before I can distract her).

I tasted Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans in their first incarnation, but they didn't have all those flavors then. They did have vomit and boogers, dirt, pepper and sardines, though. My father liked pepper and sardines. My younger daughter liked grass! Somebody liked earwax, but I can't recall who. No one liked vomit, needless to say, that one's truly disgusting.

Let's see, some combos:
Toasted marshmallow and dirt -- campfire flavor
Very cherry, earthworm, grass and dirt -- windfall fruit flavor
Dirt, earwax and soap -- wash behind your ears flavor
Black pepper, sizzling cinnamon, and soap -- "I can't believe the words that just came out of your mouth!" flavor
Rotten egg and dirt -- Yellowstone flavor (that's all the kids profess to remember about Yellowstone, the smell)
Earthworms, dirt, toasted marshmallow -- "How To Eat Fried Worms" flavor
Buttered popcorn, lemon drop and dirt -- movie theatre floor flavor

I seem to be obsessed with soap and dirt; what can I say, I'm a mom and a doctor.

Thanks for the laugh, and for being the Mistress of the Box -- awesome job, wow!
